Delivery and refunds
How and when your files arrive, and when you can get your money back.

- Files and your licence certificate are emailed within 48 hours of payment.
- Digital sales are final once files are delivered, with the exceptions below.
- Request a refund within 7 days of delivery if something is wrong.
- Refunds go back to the original PayPal payment, and the licence ends.

1. Delivery
After PayPal confirms your payment we email your files and licence certificate to the email address on your PayPal account, within 48 hours. Stems are sent within 48 hours. Delivery is by download link or attachment. If a link expires, ask us and we will send a new one while your licence is valid.
Check your files when they arrive. Tell us within 7 days if a file is missing, damaged or the wrong one.
2. Sales are final once files are delivered
Because files can be copied as soon as they are delivered, digital sales are final once the files have been delivered, except as set out below and except where the law gives you a right to cancel or a refund.
3. When we refund
The files were not delivered within 48 hours and we cannot deliver them.,The files are corrupted, incomplete or not what you ordered, because of our error, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.,You were charged twice for the same order.,You paid for a licence we cannot grant, for example because of a rights problem.
Ask for a refund by emailing zawamusicinc@gmail.com with your licence ID or PayPal transaction ID, within 7 days of delivery, or of the date delivery was due. We refund to the original PayPal payment. When we refund, the licence ends and you must stop using the work.
4. Changing your mind
If you chose the wrong track or tier, contact us before you use the files. We may swap it or credit the fee if we have not been harmed. This is our choice and not a right.
5. Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom
If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital content. When you tick the second box at checkout, you ask us to deliver now and you accept that you lose that right once delivery has begun. We confirm this in your order email. Your other legal rights are not affected.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this page limits any right you have under consumer protection law where you live.
7. Payment disputes
Please contact us before you open a dispute with PayPal or your card issuer. We keep a record of your order, the terms version you accepted, your licence certificate and the delivery email, and we will give it to PayPal if a dispute is opened.
