Footage and image licence
For drone clips and still images. HD clip, 4K clip, web image and high-resolution image.

- One clip or image, one project.
- Online, social, presentation and client work are included. Ads, TV, film, resale and large print runs need the extended licence.
- You do not get resale rights or the right to put the files on a stock site.
- People, private property and trademarks in the frame are not cleared.
- Do not use the files to train AI.
1. Grant
When you have paid, ZAWA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the named clip or image in one project, within your tier.
2. Tiers
HD clip. A 1080p drone clip. Online, social and client work. One project.,4K clip. The 4K original. Online, social, presentation and client work. One project.,Image, web size. A web-size still for sites, social and presentations. One project.,Image, high resolution. The full-resolution still, for web and print up to A3. One project.,Extended or commercial. Ads, TV and film, resale or large print runs, for any clip or image. Priced by quote on a signed agreement.
Files are delivered at the resolution ZAWA holds for that item. A tier does not promise a specific pixel size unless the item says so.
3. What is not allowed
Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the original files, alone or in a collection, stock library, template or app.,Putting the files on a stock-footage or stock-image site.,Selling products that are mainly the image, such as posters, prints, merchandise or wallpaper, unless you have the extended licence.,Using the files to train, fine-tune or test an AI or machine-learning model.,Using the files in a way that is unlawful, defamatory or misleading, or that shows people or places in a false or offensive light.
4. Releases and clearances
Footage and images come without model releases, property releases or trademark clearances unless the item is marked as released. People, private property, artwork, vehicles, signs and trademarks that appear in the frame are not cleared. If you use the file commercially, you are responsible for any clearance you need.
ZAWA does not promise that a location may be filmed or photographed for any given use, or that a flight was allowed in a given airspace. Drone footage and images are provided as is.
5. Credit
Where practical, credit "Footage: ZAWA Music Inc" or "Photo: ZAWA Music Inc". Credit is appreciated and is not a condition of the licence.
6. Other terms
The Terms of Sale apply to this licence, including limits on liability, indemnity, breach and termination, governing law and the rules on what is never allowed.
